4-H & FFA Funding
Support for local 4-H and FFA programs, including county fair support and small grant opportunities.
Event Sponsorship Requests
For organizations requesting sponsorship support for events, conferences, fundraisers, banquets, educational programs, or community gatherings.
Non-Event / Project Sponsorship Funding
For sponsorship requests that are not tied to a specific event, such as community projects, educational efforts, agriculture initiatives, or local program support.
Venture Capital Project Ideas
For larger-scale, innovative agriculture or rural development projects that may create long-term value for Montana producers, communities, or food systems.
Community Grants
The MFU Foundation Community Grants program supports projects that strengthen Montana agriculture and rural communities through education, local food systems, cooperative development, and improved agricultural production, with priority on regenerative and sustainable practices.
Academic Scholarships
The MFU Foundation Scholarships support students pursuing agriculture, food systems, and rural community education—helping grow the next generation of leaders dedicated to strengthening Montana’s farms, ranches, cooperatives, and local food systems.
