Legislative Advocacy Training Huntley

As Montana’s oldest and largest grassroots agriculture organization, we want to help our members and members of our communities become comfortable with the legislative progress and advocating for themselves. This training will be focused on teaching how the state and federal legislature operates, demonstrating aspects on the Montana legislature website, and giving tools for different avenues to make their voice heard. We also will be sharing updates from the previous session on bills we have worked on and share our policy priorities for 2026.

Huntley Legislative Advocacy Training, Huntley Project Museum of Irrigated Agriculture (770 Railroad Highway, Huntley), 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Share what’s important to you for the 2027 Legislative session, meet legislators, county commissioners, & any candidates, learn how to use the Montana legislative website, practice calling your legislators & writing a letter to the editor.

*Food and drinks will be provided. Free and open to members, friends, and the public.
