Montana Farmers Union invites multi-generational farm and ranch families to join us for our upcoming Succession Planning Institute workshop!

Hear from expert speakers and gain valuable tools to help your family navigate the succession planning process, including estate planning, family communication, identifying shared goals, preparing to meet with legal and financial advisors, and planning for the future of your operation.

💰 Registration Fees:

  • $45 for the first participant
  • $30 for each additional family member
  • Non-members: An additional $50 family membership fee applies

This succession planning institute will provide actionable information to guide you and your farm's decision makers through the process and tasks necessary to make sure your farm has a viable future and plan that is clear, current, and works for your family. 

Too often we see farm families avoid these challenging conversations until it's too late -- leaving the next generation with a struggle or a family torn apart over conflict. 

Join us for this institute to take the challenge out of the converstaion and leave the next generation with a confident plan of action. 

Who is best suited for this institute? Family farmers and ranchers of all generations who want to ensure a plan of success for the next generation. We encourage the multi-generations involved in farm decisions -- including future decision makers -- to attend.
