Qualified voting producer members will receive a pink name tag at convention, indicating that they have been verified to vote according to the MFU bylaws. Qualified members may vote on policy and elected leadership positions.

Throughout the convention, you can participate in policy sessions to hear debate, discussion and proposed policy changes. Most policy decisions are made by voice vote during these sessions.

We encourage you to participate in the discussion, share your perspective and make your voice heard on the policy decisions that guide Montana Farmers Union.

Yes! We encourage you to join us for as much of the convention as your schedule allows.

Yes! Convention includes multiple speakers, panels and opportunities to visit with vendors and other participants. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and join the conversation.

MFU staff, Board members and Policy Committee members will have identifying flags on their name tags to help you know who everyone is.

You will also see staff wearing “Ask Me!” stickers so you know who you can approach with questions.

Staff and Board biographies will also be available in your convention program booklet.

Candidates running for Board positions will be introduced during the second General Session of the convention.

Join us Friday morning for the Meet Your Ambassador roundtable. It's a great opportunity to meet your local Ambassador and connect with other MFU members from your area.

MFU staff will also be available throughout convention to help point you in the right direction.

A free Kids Day Camp led by the MFU Education Team will be available for children ages 5–12. Children must be registered in advance so our team can plan accordingly.
