MFU Launches Ag Ambassador Program
The 67th MT Legislature is set to begin on Jan. 4. Montana Farmers Union gives voice to agricultural and rural issues through legislative action, lobbying, and now through organizing community involvement.
Montana Farmers Union is looking for passionate members interested in advocating for Montana farmers and ranchers during the upcoming legislative session! We are excited to announce the formation of the Montana Farmers Union Ag Ambassador Program.

How it Works
The program is open to all current members, and you will be paired with policy issues that fit your interests and experience. Volunteer ambassador opportunities include:
-Testifying during legislative hearings
-Serving as a liaison with representatives
-Helping with communication efforts
-Writing letters to the editor
-Assisting in social media marketing efforts
Our government relations and communication staff will provide training. The ambassadors committee will meet monthly to strategize legislative efforts and identify outreach needs.
