MFU Heads to National Convention

Montana Farmers Union delegates and staff will head to Savannah, GA for the 118th Anniversary National Farmers Union Convention March 1-3, 2020.

Hyatt Regency Hotel, Savannah

The national convention, held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, will feature breakout sessions on farm policy, innovation and community. In addition, there will be a farm business and transition learning session with Poppy Davis. The main focus of the convention is policy debate and discussion. Eleven MFU members will represent Montana as delegates and vote on policy that will guide the national organization for the coming year. The delegates are Jeri Copenhaver, Helena; Tyce Erickson, Dutton; Lilly Green, Great Falls; Kirby Hancock, Bozeman; Cory Kelly, Chester, Paul Neubauer, Havre; Maggie Shane, Floweree; Walter Schweitzer, Geyser; Will Downs, Molt and Jan Tusick of Polson.
