Parents Camp at Mini Camp- June 15th -17th
We are inviting any parent of a mini camper to Parents Camp. This event will run concurrently with the Mini Camp for ages 7-9.
There are a few things you need to know!
-
1 parent and optional 2nd child (under the age of 4)
-
This is allowing parents to be close and available in the case of emergency
-
This is providing parents with their own camp curriculum and activities while allowing parents to observe meals and large group functions of their children from a distance.
-
There is very limited internet connectivity available. Parents should not expect to “work” remotely for this time.
-
NO ALCOHOL allowed at any time
-
This is NOT allowing parents to attend the camp and camp activities with their campers
-
There will be separate activities and events for the youth and the adults
-
Parents will NOT be allowed in camper cabins at any time after drop-off and before pick-up of the mini camp. This is a liability issue with other campers
-
Parents and campers will NOT bunk in a shared cabin. Campers need to bunk in the bunkhouse with the counselors to truly have a “camp experience”
